RepForm AI ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
Account Information:
- Email address (for authentication)
- Name (if provided via Apple/Google sign-in)
Training Data (stored to provide the service):
- Exercise sets: weight, reps, RPE (effort), timestamps
- Form analysis results: form scores, corrections detected
- Training preferences: goal, experience level, equipment, training style
- Injury profile: body regions, severity, optional notes
- Age and gender (optional, used for program personalization)
Device Information:
- Device type and OS version (for crash reporting)
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT record, upload, or store video from your camera. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device using on-device pose estimation and are discarded immediately after analysis.
- We do NOT collect location data.
- We do NOT collect contacts, photos, or other personal files.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the core service (tracking workouts, analyzing form, generating programs)
- To generate AI coaching advice (anonymized training summaries are sent to our AI provider — no video, no personally identifiable information)
- To improve the App (aggregated, anonymized usage patterns)
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase (database and authentication) — stores your account and training data
- Anthropic API (AI coaching) — receives anonymized training summaries to generate coaching advice. No video, no PII.
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — processes subscription status
- Apple/Google (authentication) — handles sign-in only
5. Data Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy
